I think there's a bit of variation. Certainly we're all looking for pretty much the same thing, but if each immortal were to describe the ideal empoweree I imagine results would vary. ImmortalA might prefer them at higher ranks (8-12), while immortalB may like ranks (5-9). ImmortalC might always want to watch you after you pray the first time, immortalD might interview would-be priests the first time they pray. I wouldn't think too much about it though...just roleplay, have a role and a decent description.
