Well, it was good run, but I got a summer job that requires a lot of my attention and I started it the week the note was sent... I didn't have time to log on with Turannos AND party with my friends so I, oddly enough, chose the socially responsible thing and partied like a gerbil on viagra. I don't really regret my decision that much, but it still hurt to find myself in Cabal Limbo when I logged on Saturday (the odd thing is that the entire night I was out Friday all I could think of was playing Turannos and trying to get the head back again. I must be very sick). Anyway, enough whinning.

My thanks to...

Master:
Betazenth, delete your conjie now. I have no idea what strategy you were using(aka. not standing next to your pets while they fought the Giant) when you were fighting against me when I showed up without the head. That was just too funny. It made me happy. Thank you for that.

Xolthul, you are one bad ass mofo. I should have never been following Tinarlan around during that raid that you stomped me. I was making my getaway when he ran me back in... several times against my will. I thought he was leading me in the right direction, but I soon found out I was very wrong when I died to you. Good job on that, though.

Drythious, you seemed like a pretty decent guy who knows how to play a conjie better than Betazenth. Good job.

Jafel, damn you pissed me off. You could have just sat at the golem and watched with awe while I beat him to a bloody pulp instead of shielding him and picking my polearm up when I got disarmed. How rude! Good show, though.

Arbiters:
Didn't really know any of you except for... I'm not sure which one of APs it was.. either Balanon or Kalkor... you couldn't find the warrior guild in TV when Betazenth was attacking it? I thought it was suspicious that you sat at Ogier square and asked me how to get to the warrior guild, but at the same time I was hoping it was good RP and not just basic stupidity.

Sylvan:
Tarlay... you make me laugh. Please try and ambush my next polearm spec. I would love you for it.

Entropy: Didn't know any of you... I think.

Empire: Knew some of you, but don't really feel like writing any of you anything in particular. Just this: You may be able to sleep me, but good luck trying to poison or plague my tough hide. heh, that was funny.

Dawn: Didn't really know any of you either.

Battle: where to begin... well, at the beginning...

Dhaevor, you rocked my world. It was so much fun going through the induction with you. You have no idea how upset I was when I found out you deleted. I really loved the interaction we had... the whole "mighty arm" thing was hilarious and I was hoping to grow old in Battle with you and just basically hang out... damn shame you left so soon after my induction. No one else ever picked up on our 'mighty arm' joke. *sigh* I had some really RP things started, but without you they just tried up.

Rezkirat, remind me not to charge conjurers with you ever again. That hurt, but it was pretty funn at the same time.

Aserkelan, you were a great guy. I left like you were my big brother, or something weird like that. I'm not just saying that because you gave me gear, but also because you were just plain cool.

Magtograme, you probably don't really remember talking to me that much, but I felt like you were the older, silent brother. Still a really great guy and I'm glad you were made Leader.

Nicias, you were fun to be around too. I watched you throw yourself against the golem repeatedly. You were really brave/bored that way. I'll remember that.

Artagel, yesh, man can't take a little in char hassling. Or maybe you were in char, at any rate, I just wanted some help with raiding and when you said you wanted to get some gear first I got pissed. From what I saw, you showed up pretty reguraly.

Raelik, I didn't spend that much time with you, but I already said my goodbyes to you in your deletion note a bit ago. After we went out that last time together, I was really looking forward to grouping with you more in the future.

Nyroich, you were always a funny guy. I only wish you had been able to tell me ahead of time that everyone was leaving to go bash the storm giants. After all, it was *my* idea to charge. :)

Tinarlan, man, did I hate your guts. I don't know why I followed you to the Tower so many times when we raided. I think I would have been a lot better off if I had just thrown my naked corpse against the golem a couple of times. You probably aren't as bad as I'm making you out, but Turannos didn't like you at all... I could tell you stories... heh.

Dervaan, I think I just spelled your name wrong. If so, don't worry about it. I spelled everyone else's name wrong too. I didn't spend much time with you, but you were a good guy. DIE CONJIE! heh

Coarcic, thanks for sitting there helping me practice my spellbane. I know it must have been an absolute bore for you, but with my annoying personality I don't see how you could have refused.

Minaclar, didn't really like you when you weren't Leader and didn't like you when you were Leader, either. I know it was RP, but I was still pissed that after you told me Akivasha and Wran were in the ugly cave (forgetting to mention the elite storm giants and dwarven guard with them) and then after I, of course, died. You told me to think ahead. I swear, Turannos would charged you had you been a couple levels lower. It would have been fun :)

In conclusion, after that incredibly long note, I would just like to thank Battle for a fun time. I think that's what the game is really all about: fun. Or at least it should be all about fun. Sometimes we really loose sight of that. I hadn't played for over a year when I rolled Turannos up. I couldn't stay away though, the game is just too much of a rush. A lot of things had changed in CF since I had been gone, which is just a testament to the creativity and the genius of the Imms. I found it really hard to remember the areas of CF after my little sabatical, but I still didn't manage to do too badly despite all the alcohol related damage that I did to my brain in the interm.

I leave you with these final, final words of wisdom:

Carrionfields is an extreme sport.

Turannos, the Mighty Arm of Battle
