help on Lord Thror's quests..:

As a newbie not long ago.
Thror asked battle to look up the names of three ex heroes of battle.
He wanted info on them, how they lived, their stories, etc..
so like I went to the library and try to find something about them.
I tried but I had little sucess.

and now Thror asked for a similar quest..
I was never really good at reseaching stuff.
so I would like to know how on thera do you research old chars' stuff?
for example
if i wish to tell a story about Thrym
where would I find info on him?
