Was just exploring Seantryn Modan again(a refresher) when I noticed this..

The laws of the city of Seantryn Modan can be enforced by the Arbiters Cabal
and the guards of the city as follows :

2. Duels may be fought within Seantryn Modan, provided that they are announced to all through the use of a yell by both parties. The duel must be agreed upon by both parties for it to be legal. Each announcing yell must be clear in its intentions of challenge and acceptance. If a referee is requested, a member of the Knight cabal will act as an official for it.

Was wondering if this still holds true? Or if it just something the imms are trying to get time to fix... I remember that in Galadon it was decided a little while ago that you could no longer duel in town..can you in Seantryn?
