As you said, any race/class combination can be powerful.. depending on what you're doing. I think a duergar warrior is a good choice. Instead of comparing it to other race/class combinations, look at the benefits of this particular one. Duergar can see hidden. Things to make you see invisible are easy enough to come by. They have good all around stats (except two pracs with 16 int would give you 70%). I seem to think it's a good choice, the ability to see hidden is a big advantage.. especially since Assassins will be able to match you in battle prowess (if played correctly).. You don't want them with the ability to stalk and assassinate you, too.

> For you elitists out there. Would a duergar warrior who doesn't join Battle and uses any and all magic available to hime make a good powerful char. I know I know just about any char can be powerful if played correctly. Aside from being the target of Battle I would think a duergar warrior with the aid of magic could be really powerful. I would like to know what you all think.
