1) There's this thing called the "note" command. Read the helpfile.

2) There's this thing called the "pray" command. Read the helpfile.

3) There's this thing called the "tell" command. Read the helpfile and then send one to a Lord or Elder.

4) There's this thing called the "no whining" rule. There's no helpfile for that, but it's a good path to take in life.
