There was no reason for this flag. Maella should have had enough sense to tell, by doing a 'whoi vh', that it was completely illogical for you to attack a guildguard and it would have likely killed you in a round or two. I have been playing an Arbiter for about a week now and have seen nothing to make the job difficult. Sure, in some cases you can not flag a person because there is not enough evidence(even when you know they are guilty), and in cases like this, intuition should tell you that things just don't add up.

My advice to Vholam...the damage is done, forget about it.
