Obviously Robert Jordan has left his mark on CF (or rather those who read him)in the form of Tar Valon, the Blight and others, but what about the other areas? Are they all borrowed from fantasy novels or are there some original ones?

This obviously shows some ignorance on my part as I have yet to see all of the areas, but hey, look at the handle.
