There is currently no way for anyone short of a level 60 immortal to erase what you've put in your role, and they usually have more productive things to do.

I'd say that if it's important to the character's motivations, stick it in and prepend a line saying that this should have gone prior to the last entry. If it's not critical, leave it out, or incorporate the ideas into a later entry.
