Originally titled: "And you expect us to trust you?" --- The scenario, as outlined by the conversation, could have been same-site or IRC/ICQ collaboration. Or, it could have been coincidental, and you got screwed. No way to tell from the limited information available, really. But you can't expect the benefit of the doubt, or anything resembling the benefit of the doubt, given your track record. I'm personally inclined not to trust you, having witnessed a lot of that "track record" firsthand or secondhand. And pleading your case here or on IRC isn't going to change anything. Besides, inferring that the imms don't give a shit about the playerbase because they don't give a shit about you is flawed logic. What you could/should have done, and you were told as much: 1) Send the e-mail from a real address (though I don't see why this is such a big deal myself). If I understand correctly, and a same-site lowbie spammed close to help you kill someone, while being too low to even loot the corpse, that's very sketchy right there. Maybe go smack your "friend" around some for being ever so subtle? :P
2) Start out with the log of the events in question, if you have it. I suspect you just started logging when you got trans'd, so instead, give a complete and coherent sequence of events.
3) Explain your alternate explanation of the events listed.
4) Cross your fingers.
