Instead of once a month, why not have a minimum of minutes a month? How's about 3 hours a month or you're gone?

Or how about, depending on how the system is set up...if the person is not 'active' for more than a few hours a month, the very cool stuff goes back into the pot?

I agree, hoarders suck. Not that I'd ever get the cool shit, but it's just the idea.
