In real life you don't go take the policeman's badge for protecting praying mantises(which are protected, at least in MD) for they would billy club your ass into submission and throw you in lock-up. If battleragers are going to take this view(that arbiters are the enemy) then it should be a universally accepted viewpoint, held by all ragers, and the hoops that the Arbiter cabal has to jump through in order to retaliate against the village should be streamlined. If it's war you want, it's war you'll get, just don't come cryin' to us when all of your lowbies are in 400k holes and deleting, which history dictates is exactly what happens. Bria should just add a policy that battleragers are already skating on thin ice and any transgression against the Hall should be dealt with in turn by the Lords/Ladies at their own discretion.
