As for nightgaunts and abuse, not being a conjurer, I don't think I can abuse or not abuse them. And every time we sent them we spelled them up and had lots of people waiting. That is still a pretty sure fire way to win.

Had I been a conjurer, alone, sending nightgaunts and killing people, your accusation might be valid. As it is, it's not.
