Problem #1:

Okay, so I felt like flaming someone for once. Anyways, you're probably wondering why you couldn't harm Quimtir, and maybe the line "You feel your linguistic skills disappear" will give you a hint. You're also wondering why the bard songs still affected you after you died, and even though they always do, I don't really understand why either. Lastly, you saw yourself as being scratched by the fiend.. you should've seen it from my end.
