I don't remember the blade sect being weak at all under me. Compared to the blades right now it was very strong. You can use any style you want, its not like there is a right way or a wrong way. I hold the belief that if you give someone something they will not appreciate it. The intention was to make induction a challenge and something to appreciate. In turn, they liked their character more and tended to play more. In some cases induction was instantanious if someone impressed me. I remember a few players who impressed me, I made induction very easy, and they were not seen very much. Coincidence? Who knows? Anyway, there is no right way or wrong way. I never let a skilled player slip by, and I rarely inducted a weak blade. Personally, I like my way alot more.
