I'm really getting frustrated with the number of players who join cabals OBVIOUSLY only for their powers. And I mean OBVIOUSLY because some of these people don't have ANY rp. And unless you want names, don't tell me to get specific, as I don't generally like posts involving character assassinations. So generally speaking: How can a Sylvan have someone help him rank for HOURS, then turn around, kill him, loot him, and say, "Oh, that's for being Empire." Is that rp? If it is, great, then I've been had. But this has happened to me three times now, the other two by Ragers. This would be fine if this Sylvan were really a ranger protector of the forest like his cabal should encourage him to do, but no...I didn't even know he was Sylvan until he slayed me. "You defiler! You empirans are the same!" Now, I suppose he had to throw that Empire remark in there just to make it look good, but COME ON! How can he group with me then? *SCREAM* Okay, I'm feeling a little bit better. But not much. Maybe I need a friggin' break for a while. Go play one of them pansy furry mucks or something. Lord help me.
Sorry, major rant here, but this is really pissing me off. I don't know if the Gods are watching shit like this or not, but it really makes me discouraged. How can I roleplay, with NO powers, and these idiots get powers up the ass, then just go around killing everyone, even supposed friends? I sometimes think I should just do the same, but a big part of me just wants to play the game as if I were in a Wheel of Time book, but everyone is running around like it's Doom. Why doesn't anyone roleplay, except for a very few? Why don't the Gods frown upon this kind of shit? Why do I get so pissed off at this? I really don't know, but it's maddening. Fine, Entropy and Scarab want to backstab me, or even Empire, I can understand. But battle and sylvan? Hmm guess it's Dawn's turn to start screwing people over.
