Since the details of the the interview is known,
I would like to know the answers. I had a hard
time getting any answers from the arbiters them-
selves. And the answers that I do get never or
hardly ever matched. Arbiters' are a very
secretive cabal, and the answers are guarded
very closely. Since I have no longer the chance
to become an arbiter I would still like answers
to the questions posed to me. I listed the questions
and then the answers posed to me. And if anyone
has an opion to my answers please post a few
replies. Keep in mind these are only a few and
not all of the questions asked me.
1.The situation; there is a crime in town a ranger,
and warrior stand over the corpse of a slayen
mage. The conditions of the situation is that
there are no witnesses and no way of telling
who attacked the mage. The mage could not see
who attacked him becasue of a dirt kicking.
Taking into consideration there was no distingusing
attacks such as bash or bearcharge. No distingushing
weapon traits such as frezzing bite.
What is the arbiter to do?
My response to this question is that if there
is no way of telling who attacked then it is
best to do nothing, least an innocent person
gets flagged.
2.There is corpse on the floor of town. You
the arbiter are there. A ranger butchers the
corpse and takes the items. Has a crime been
commited? And what should you do? (keep in mind
you cann't or unable take any of the things yourself)
I said no crime has been commited according to
the scrict letter of the law. But I would warn
the ranger not to take the things because they
did not belong to him.
3.Same as question 2. but another person comes
along and takes a few things.
My response was to warn the person to return the
items and explain that it belonged to the corpse
of the victim.
4.There is an yell of an Ouch! in town what
happened.
My response, an seriously injured person is under
attack. The victim may or may not have been
killed.
5.You are in some far off place with no special
guards with you. You are called to inviestage
a crime. You speed among a path and is attacked.
What do you do?
My answer. I do nothing to the attackers
except warn them that I am on the way to investage
a crime. And If you were to attack me again
it would be impeeding an investagation and
would be flagged according to the law.
(keep in my that Lord Stellyx has told me my
judgements are wrong so these are not the
right judgements, so if anyone can offer me
more opptions it would be appricatied. Thanks
for you time and effort)
And to Lord Stellyx, I did not mean to argue.
I just wanted so say that there is more then
one path to the destination, so that there is
more then one correct judgement.
Sincerly,
Raythgar
