I wholeheartedly agree with your train of thought, it makes perfect sense to me and a couple of my associates.

I think your statement on OOC character mugging rings true, it seems that most times to me that the post could have been better off not being even conceived, because it is:

A) petty
B) written in either a state of agitation or frustrations
C).....well, A and B will suffice.

I know the orig. poster might not agree with my points, but, I'm with you on yours.
