I ama gnome. My wis is 25. My int is 23. I get about 18 mana per rank. and the best part. I only need one practice session to take me to 71% (plenty). And with a 25 wis I get 6 practice sessions per rank. yep. use one each rank..thats 5 left over. 5 + 5=10
10=1 training session. and you can put that into hp, mana, stats, whatever. Its good to be a gnome. I believe int decides your mana per rank more then wis. but the 2 together is what you want.
