Let's say for the sake of argument that Istendil didn't practice anything to above 75% letting it go up naturally instead of spamming it up.

Now let's put Istendil up against Orodeth who we'll assume(again for the sake of argument) mastered everything the moment he got it.

My money is on Istendil.
