> The helpfile is contradictory. Battleragers are those that succumb to their passions and rage in combat. They're barbarians, not aristocratic knights of the round table. If they WERE weaponsmasters and not barbarians they'd have cabal powers like, umm, yelling "Touche ole chap!" thereby increasing their umm, hit dam by 10. Instead, these BARBARIANS wear the remains of their kills, lust for blood, surround themselves with hatred and so forth. When thinking of battleragers, think of Huns. Why is it necessarily barbaric to give in to your passion and rage in war? When they aren't in the midst of war why wouldn't they practice their weapons? People used to bitch and moan regarding the Ragers, and their lack of diversity. I like the idea of having prepared warriors who have practiced their trade and I could care little about the game mechanics side of it. I believe it doesn't make
I would say to you that passion and rage are a normal facet of war. Also,
passion and rage occur within the fight itself. Warriors aren't always in
a constant rage when they aren't fighting. Who says the Battleragers have
to be?
No one picks up a weapon he's barely used, and runs off into a war. Samurai
who fought with passion, and vigor spent time mastering their art away from
the battlefield. Why can't the ragers do something similar?
So, when things change, and something new is introduced that was different from
the norm people turn around and start bitching again.
ready for the rage of war. I think it makes just as much sense as anything else.
Of course, we can always go back to.. Gee mages burned down my village, killed
my family, and left me for almost dead so Mages must die.

huge difference either to have your skills mastered or not, but then again late in a fight
it is damn frustrating to watch you fail a flurry that could potentially win the battle
, and watch your opponet pull one off and win the fight.
