I would agree with you, except for the fact that I move every 6 months, making a nice national modem ISP very convenient. Further, I only have about 4 months left here now, and after that I move.. not having cabal this would make getting a cabal modem fairly expensive (I would guess there is a set up fee). After this next move I'll be stuck where ever go for at least a year and a half, so I'll look into a cabal modem at that point..

..but for now, any ideas about my problem?
