I was wondering how size affects certain things...

I know giants can't bash gnomes, but can humans bash gnomes? Are duergars bigger than gnomes but smaller than humans? If you can blackjack someone, does that mean that they can strangle you and do all other soze dependant things to you?

This is how I picture it (I'm sure that I am wrong on some)

race size
----------------
giants.........4
humans.........3
duergar/dwarf..2
elf/drow.......3
gnomes.........1

and maybe size dependent things can be done if the size difference is <= 2? Can someone clarify this a little?
