So exactly how many weeks have you actually been mudding to consider him the best leader to *date* ? What you said basically makes him a good leader, yes.. but best? Heh.. well.. I can think of a few that did a damn fine job that equalled or surpassed his.

I'm sure others can come up with more, but honestly, what you have said should basically be the requirement for being a leader.. not something that should be looked at as an extra bonus.
