Reciently I have seen 1 empowered paladin - James. All those other clerics that you might see are young ones(unempowered). The empowered list is short and not allways sweet. Even the immortals will admit that it takes a bit of luck sometimes to get empowered. Suggestions for change have been presented over and over. So far I don't think they have found one they like or are will to use.
