Give and take. You can defeat nightgaunts before ever facing your foe. Nightguants have many restrictions. Summon works on NPCs across areas; nightgaunts can only be used on players.

Obviously you've never used Tesseract as a conjurer.

Isn't that the idea, that the prepared stand a better chance of killing the unprepared? Look at the changes to assassins for an example of what I'm talking about.

If you have at least two buddies with you, why are you fleeing battle? They aren't willing to spell you up as well? I'm surprised that out of 10 people none have managed to flee out of combat and survive, given that the servitors won't go after them.

Actually, they can't. Looking at the win/loss ratios for many of the conjurers out there, that's not what's happening. If you want to state your name I'll check the logs and see how successful you've been at killing people using nightgaunts. We'll make it an educational experience for everyone.
