I would change that when you looked at someone you could not see specific equipment just generalities. Instead of seeing a Frostbrand sword all you would see is a strange longsword. (except thieves and the like that live by knowing details.) Only you would know the specifics. That ought to make for interesting pk attemts. [Fire Giant yells "Die" and you beat his hot ass with the FrostBrand.] I would not change the way the item looks on the groud. That would make it very hard to find eq.
