My suggestion:
There must be a way of checking if a particular god is in.
Alright, they are under wizi. You can neither see them on WHO nor send a tell.
But something in their shrine shows a divine presence. Preferably visible from outside the shrine.
Like a beacon of sorts lighting on top of the shrine. Or shrine guardians behaving in a certain way.
Still, you have to travel to the shrine to see that.

I mean, if you seek that particular god, you should have a way to know if your prayers are heard, or just buggering other imms.
