I would revise the empowerment process. Empowered classes are among the most interesting in the game, yet they are often almost impossible to get.

Let us say an elven healer follows the sphere of protection... he prays to Raisa... if Raisa is not about, how about other Dawn IMM's being able to empower him. Or say a drow shaman prays to Agathocles... perhaps Vilhazarog can empower him. Or Uller and Sebeok can work hand in hand. Something like that.

Also, perhaps the IMM's can respond to notes from those hoping to be empowered. I don't think it's too OOC to simply post a note asking when an IMM is most likely to be found... yet none of these notes ever seem to be answered.
