#1 empowerment - is the reason I left cf for a couple of years, unfortunately it hasnt changed.

I dont have a problem with no dwarven mages, paladins should be a goer though.
Reason, dwarfs always seemed practical/mechanical/religous not arcane.

exp penalties for classes, I dont understand some of these (I do the races however).
Rangers and anti-paladins I dont see why they are penalised when conjurers etc arent,
their skill sets seem to be about equal.

Id prefer pk ranges to be done on ranks rather than exp -
why it seems that skills are dependant on rank not exp
ie a person with 100% sword at 22nd rank beats someone with 100% sword at 19th rank,
even if the 19th ranked person has more experience due to being a different race...
(this is just what it seems like to me, I may be wrong about this)

Another cabal - mercenaries and assassins for hire.
You wouldnt need to give them cabal powers perhaps, just a hq
and cabal channel - these mercs/assassins would only kill for money.
They would continue trying to kill to kill completed. They never tell
who hired them etc.

"powers" could have something like a hit list showing what jobs
have been assigned etc, people may not even know who the killer was
maybe when on a job they appear as "a masked assassin".
People could request jobs by going to a mob and requesting a hit on someone
and paying half the cost, when the hit is completed, that person would get a visit
or note from the mob, if they dont pay, they get hit.

This would perhaps be a good way to stop the lamers out there that role up arial warriors (guess who Im thinking of)etc
and go and pk everything that moves, that poor sod of a mage etc could hire said lamer to get
his arse whopped.
