Childish kindergarten shit that seems to be your mode of operations aside...

You're just so set in your ways that you refuse to see the infinite possibilities that are out there. Don't ever be a politician or lawyer, as you'd fail miserably in being able to interpret statutory laws and so forth in a way that fits with your goals and desires.

Assuming you've got a sylvan immortal that IS open to any of the various interpretations of ways a class can be played, an assassin sylvan SHOULD be possible. You might have to refrain from practicing certain skills, but it should still be possible.

For example, let's say I roll up an assassin who has chosen that profession for the martial arts aspects and not for the ability to spread death with a single hit. He embraces the natural aspects and abilities of the human form, pointing to the use of animal names in the names of certain kicks as an example of the closeness of ties between nature and the martial arts. Let's say he refrains from taking part in learning those abilities that are directly related to death(stalking, assassinate, and the like) as he does not believe that the protective way(yeah right) of Sylvan includes killing people by stabbing them in the heart. He's still an assassin in the truest sense of the word, but he may wish to be called a fighting monk simply because he doesn't embrace the killing aspects of his chosen profession.

If you're open to "extreme roleplay" you see that these things are possible. However, I wouldn't suggest trying this role out, as Sylvan is a very restricted cabal that tends NOT to be open to these sorts of things. Case in point, how many times had I heard "Neria may be neutral, but she's still a drow, and drow are to be destroyed!"
