How are Food stufs that you eat and that cast spells not magic?

Can Assassins Vanish? I know that it is a skill but come on now.

Are Swords that are imbued with Heat or Cold Magic? Personally i think that they are but i dont know.

What do you do with Items of magic when you see them... Sac them or take them back to the village and store them? Ya know where others will not defile them selves.

Oh yea and i know that some acctually RP but most.. and this goes for all of thera Do not RP
