I just realised that for races besides humans and half-elves, better perfect scores by 11th rank is a rare one. Coz, during the stats rolling, humans and half-elves can't max their prime stats unless training is involved. For other races, they don't have this problem as the rolling part can put them near their max stats. Just wondering if another training or two can be given to these 2 races. Jack's just wondering.
