I've been disappointed once again by leaders' high standards (or maybe assumption) of new wanna-be. Like I've said, I'm trying to role-play here and my purpose to join the cabal is to pursue it's goals and objectives. Unfortunately, cabal leaders have time and again asked of wanna-bes to go to a particular cabal or tell them where the opposing cabal is. If I'm trying to role-play here, I wouldn't know a shit and no cabal members would tell where his cabal is. As in my earlier post, new CF players get frustrated, and more veteran CF players can't role-play but uses his experience to gain into some cabal. My 2-cents advice is this : being leaders, experience is gained by a member as he stays longer in the cabal and gets exposed to more cabal politics. Try to understand the wanna-bes and bring out the best in them, not what they are lacking in players' experience. On a personal note, you don't know what I went thru' when I first joined the cabal. I actually trembled on the keyboard as I don't want to foul up. So please take this note when you interview. Thanks.
