I agree with a lot of this "no-action" stuff, but i think taking it to the point of "is this true all the time?" is a bit much.

There are some things you have to leave in, even if they aren't going to always be true.

If we always followed that rule, we couldn't:

-give eye color (what about when we're sleeping?)

-give height (what about when we're enlarged/reduced?)

-give skin texture (what about if we're stoneskinned/barkskinned?)

-describe their stance (flying?)

Again, I think it's good to avoid actions, just also realize that NO good description is applicable to every circumstance.
