Survial without forms didn't seem such a big issue when I first thought about this before rank 51 I think I shifted into each form once. Just so I could save the stats out. I didn't get my major until 51. Asa.
Now I would be really imprssed if you had pulled it off without being in masters.
Masters gives you other people you can 'trust', Some fucking A powers for a muter.... it also does mean you have to go toe to toe with Ragers... with no forms... not really that Imperssive again. Unless of course you are raiding with no powers vs a stacked village... unlikely but then you could whip out barrier on top of all the easy to get protects so again thats not going to be a problem. Defense of the Tower ? Straight Scourge I'd go with Nice damage and maledicts in a cheap mana combo.
Now what is impressive and sad at the same time is your shear focus on your rp. I read through the Tiamat log and you must of been hella excited to mispell so much in emotes and stuff but all of your points still got across well.
As to the question of your form ? I remeber Doveras deleting about a week before he was getting the winter wolf. His rp was so very visibile, I didn't interact with Hiffilo as much as I would of liked. I think you do a good job and will remember you as a decent masters leader.
