my own perceptions and what has been written here, but...
It seems to me that it is well within an evil's roleplay
to seek out such a form. Of course evil magi would try
to barter with the most powerful dragon in Thera for
increased power if they had the chance. This is all
valid within Hifflio's character as far as I know.
However, the problem comes because the goal of Hifflio
the character could easily be the goal of Hifflio the
person. Was this self-quest undertaken for the glory
power of a character, or was it the evil goal of a
mage? It's impossible to know, because the means are
the same, and the end was never reached. My guess? I
have none, I never interacted with the said character
or player and therefore cannot comment.
