Was really only evident in the days of Pikel and the other strong hero sylvans. Just my rambling double pesos,
It's a double standard in the extreme; what is called a sylvan "death squad" is basically all the hero sylvans
working together to beat their enemies. How often do you hear battle chastised for having a "death squad" when they go
raiding master? Having said this, there just aren't enough hero sylvans to form a "death squad", even if the desire was there.
Yes, I'm entirely aware that Sylvans grouping up to go after enemies can be excessive, but I think there's a tendancy
to label sylvans as "no-RP deathsquads" whenever they commit the cardinal sin of organizing to fight back against enemies,
whereas this action is lauded in other cabals. Yes, it can be pushed too far, but the stereotype is, as they are wont to be,
largely a myth based on the warped perceptions of the perceiver, who presumably wants all sylvans to be Balgrimnr followers
who never leave the woods no matter what, and above all don't actively go after defilers in an effective way.
