Yeah, for the first part I guess you misunderstood me. It was not of straight-out RPing I was talking, but rather of RP-related stuff, like the sequel-less Proud Blade's RPing topic of the day :) .

Then for the legendary quests, I was thinking more of _past_ quests (hence the legendary; legends aren't of the future, you know) like the Orihalcon (which was on the logboard, my mistake) or Scarab's tale of the Tailed Star (which fortunately has a home already). you get my point... tales of heroes of might and magic and their quests... But something that really was, not just tales. I do not know how, but the "reality" (a quite unfortunate choice of words, heh) seems more appealing than fiction.

For the tales, I'll give you half a point, because there was no misunderstanding. And only half because you're right about the sharing in the game itself part. However, I do believe there are rewards. For me, if I had the time to write anything, that is, just that people read my stuff would be a great enough reward. But maybe you have a different oppinion on that, in which case I'll just quit arguing with you.

Another half a point for the description in the farewell posts. You are right, but I would rather have them under the subject "Description and role of the departed -whatshisface-" than "(condead\agedead\deleted) Whatshisface" and a lame goodbye post before the juice (the desc and roles, that is). I must also say that you're wrong about the interest, at least in my case (and I remind you that it is just a "battle" of opinions here). Much of my inspiration came from reading such posts, long ago, when they still flourished on this board.

In conclusion, I must accord you the last parragraph, because you are a VIP and I _do_ assume you speak for all VIPs. But I still stand by my opinion and, even though the board is used in concordance with VIPs' wishes, it is not in concordance with mines. And although the people prefer some way or another, that does not affect in any way my opinion. They can be well into their way, I still think the char board should be a place of OOC lore about CF's populace.

In truth, I must thank you for giving such a lengthy reply and not (fully) mocking me.

Be well,
