Having never played a bard, my knowledge of this is probably horribly inacurate. But if you would take my guess at it.. the following don't seem like they would affect mobs.

Level 11:

Level 21:

Level 22:

Level 26:
Song: Life is a Dream

Level 27:
Song: Tears

Level 28:
Song: Dance with Jak O the Shadows

Level 33:
Song: Nightmare (Perfect Sing)

Level 38:
Song: Dome of Illusion (Perfect Sing)

Level 42:
Song: Lifes Tomb (Perfect Sing)

Level 45:
Song: Frightful Fiend (Perfect Sing)

Some of those may technically 'affect' a mob, but they wouldn't have any practical affect.
