We come We come does affect mobs. The reason it makes them attack you is because it has the exact opposite affect on opponents as it does on allies. Can't remember the exact affects off hand, but I believe it's +hit&dam/-hit&dam. Come hither child, is that the calm song? If so, that affects mobs as well. If tears affects a mob, it's totally worthless in that respect
