when you are on the air form only area, each room is actually an area, if you are an air mayor you can do a where, to see who is in the same area as you.

this part is stupid, because you think that you cant see because you are an albatross, you cant see if you are an air minor

wrong stupid anwer, you have to been in the same area, or if you are in the special area, in the same room to see whats up, there are some limitations as to where it can fly, i wont reveal them.

air mayors have gone trough several tweaks since they were created, dont expect to be a pk machine,as an air mayor you will only be able to kill stupid people,or unprepared people.

actually,a dumb pk machine i would go offensive mayor, but then you would probably become a second severyns(spelling?)

and to explore i would go defense mayor
