You yourself had no such special mission, did you? I didn't think so. And if your god had put you on one, a note would have been attached to your character saying, "he's on a special mission that allows him to wear evil equipment despite the Code that says he should avoid evil at all costs -- love, Shokai".

And one Code.

Choosing not to associate with evil, especially when no one forced you to wear the equipment is extremely easy to avoid.

> There will be some who are stronger in some sections of the code that in others. No im not saying that you can ignore whole rules, You cannot. But you dont have to hold the bases of the rule so highly.

You can choose not to if you wish, but don't expect the immortals to follow suit.

I guess the thing that annoys me about this reoccuring thread is the complete lack of culpability. Instead of "damn, I messed up and I sure hope I can get re-empowered", you keep waving the "this isn't fair" flag -- which, I gotta tell you, isn't winning you any points on this side of the fence. To be honest, I don't know who caught you. I vaguely remember hearing discussion about it while busy with an empowerment interview of my own. But from what I recall of the discussion you didn't have a leg to stand on. Just accept it an move on.
