Why is it that a bard can sing weak time of year and heavy heart and when you dont see me and all of them will be heard by someone he has put to sleep, and the victim is affected, but he doesn't wake you or hit you with his fire and ice? Doesn't that seem wrong? Either a bard singing to you can be heard while sleeping, or not, but this just seems piecemeal to me. The bard now doesn't have to worry about waking you with his offensive songs and can just go about slaying mobs or others near you, while you sleep merricly, but he can spell you up for others to fight you if he wants, because you will still be weakened, senses blurred, greensleeve'd, etc.
I dont mind having it that bard songs can be heard while sleeping. But either they all should be, or they all should not be. This way is both wrong in theory and wrong in game play.
