It looked to me like Tiera got her macros mixed up a bit.

something to the effect of:
cs ranger
being commune sunray ranger
and
cc ranger
being commune 'cure critical' ranger

Note how she sunrayed twice, then fled, then came back and started healing it?

I could be totally off base, however.
That's just how it looked to me in the log.
