Recently in the forum, someone made an observation that masters need to induct more and that if they stuck to their long induction process, they would slide down hill again. I do not know if that is true, but I personally like the long induction process of Masters.

The observation I would like to make is that cabal membership seems to have a much higher turnover rater than they did in the past. Every cabal seems to have strong members for a week or so then the char deletes or something.
This is really bothering me quite a bit, I have not been in cabal for three years except for a very recent very brief stint with empire. And it seemed to me that previsouly people hung onto their cabal chars through thick and thin and didnt delete when they finally got killed, and didnt delete when things were not going there way. All this constant deleting is total bullshit and has got to stop. CF has in the past couple years or so turned into an elitist mud, where people feel the need to be perfect in order to have fun. And by having all these caballed people delete causes a high cabal member turnover rate which sucks for masters and their long tradition of long inductions. I dunno just a little observation....And if you notice the ADD kicking in during this note, just ignore it. Feedback would be cool
