Braerus replied to that, and I've seen signs of the Scarab, even if others don't.

Dawn, even though many think them a joke, has a fair number of members, as
does Troupe. If you just want mad body dismembering skills, both of them
are unsuitable for you, I'm sure.

Arbiters.. well.. Having taken that role once or twice myself, yes, it isn't
BAD.. but its boring as all hell in my experience. Half the time I'd rather
be off ranking, I have to listen to 20 pathetic whiners and liars all claiming
the other guy attacked first.

Don't get me wrong, some of them even _do_ thier jobs.. But its a real drag,
and I'm out for fun, not the "Lording Power" over life and death bit.
