People pointed out that Blackclaw described felar culture quite well, and it was nothing like the Skaven culture you suggested for background.

You then made the argument that Blackclaw wasn't enough, because human cities can have different cultures.

This, of course, has nothing to do with the original point: Skaven are not Felar. (See: Apples vs. Oranges) While you were cursing at Poetry, you seemed to keep ignoring this fact. Unfortunately, it undermines your whole argument.
