Empires problems are a symptom of the other cabals disfunction, put simply cabals are NOT elitist ENOUGH!

What percentage of the population SHOULD be caballed and what percentage of the population IS caballed.
The best of the best should be in the other sylvans the ragers the masters etc, where they have strict roles to lead and such
The empire cabal should be populated by the mediocre (like me :->) and thus have the greater numbers versus the skill.

Pure and simple the mediocres are in every cabal, there is nothing special about cabal membership anymore..it is the uncaballed who are a rare
commidity in these current times.

I call upon the cabal MORTAL leaders to cast the first stone and start being VERY fussy about who they induct...
who cares if you don't have the same numbers as the other cabals, you will lose in the start but when the good players drift towards you things change
especially when other cabal leaders realise that they are being typified as having the dregs of cf in their cabal or just being generally lame in comparison
to the better cabals.
They will i would hope follow suit..eventually...
Have the balls, make the stand! Deny me entry to your cabal simply for just not being good enough!! BE BRUTAL!!!
