1. there is a rule for giving up.
2. depends on if you're guilty or if you can trust that particular arbiter. lightwalkers are suppose to be more trustworthy.
3. that doesn't do much, since we flag even if there's no death..perhaps locating gear would give away the ranger/necro
4. this is not the real world, no self-defense or circumstances.

with my current arbiter, nobody ever has anything good for me to be greedy and flag just for their gear...too bad huh?
